Christine Teagle
Managing Principal
As Managing Principal for Navstar Commercial LLC, Christine Teagle is at ease collaborating with clients to provide solutions that deliver the long term strategic views clients expect. Solutions include repositioning investments, working with distressed assets and negotiating lease transactions for institutional, private and corporate ownership. Christine recently directed a 7M square foot portfolio valued in excess of $1.0B with 27 offices, industrial and retail properties located in Texas and the surrounding southern region. Christine was recognized as the organizations top lease negotiator for 5 out of the 7 years with Grubb and Ellis/Day Mark Realty Advisors.
Her prior experience includes serving as Division President, HPC Property Services, LLC and as Manager of Real Estate Services for Mary Kay Corporation, a privately held global corporation with a diverse portfolio of assets including manufacturing plants, office industrial and retail properties located in 34 countries. Christine developed and implemented a set of international real estate standards that was used throughout the organization. Responsibilities included providing strategic direction in space programming, site selection and development with a broader focus on lease negotiations for North America, EMEA and LATAM Region totaling 4.7M SF globally.
Career Summary
Christine began her commercial career with Lehndorff & Babson (US Investor Services) as a commercial real estate financial analyst. Using the skill sets learned over the last 30 years, Christine continues to develop innovative client solutions through leasing and management strategies. As a testament to her success, prior clients provide repeat business.

Shannon Woodard
CFO
As Partner and CFO for Navstar Commercial LLC, Shannon Woodard excels at working with institutional, private and corporate clients to exceed their long-term strategic goals whether that be through purchase, disposition or value add.
Shannon is experienced working with large portfolios of commercial office and retail properties, as well as syndicated multifamily (MF) properties and residential single-family rental (SFR) properties in the public and private sector. Before joining Navstar Commercial LLC as CFO, she was with HPC Property Services, LLC as their Controller, and prior to that with Wehner Multifamily LLC (WMF) where she managed a team of 15 staff and managerial accountants to provide on time and accurate financial reporting as the Controller for the Multifamily Property Accounting Department for WMF, the 2nd largest Multifamily Property Management Company in D/FW at the time. And with Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), a $12B SEC registered company, she managed a team of 14 staff and managerial accountants as head of the East Coast Property Accounting department, specialized in SFR. During INVH’s IPO Shannon was an instrumental team member working with internal and external audit teams to create many of the Property Accounting departments’ accounting processes still in use today, while at the same time overseeing accounting for approximately 50% of their portfolio of almost 50,000 homes.
Shannon is well versed in full cycle real estate multi-entity accounting to include all facets of recording capital assets, along with preparation and analysis of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. And Shannon always seeks to improve processes drawing on her years of experience in managerial consulting as evidenced in her collaboration as a member of the Management Transition Team in INVH’s merger with Starwood/Waypoint, where she was charged with overseeing all fixed assets and special projects post-merger.
Shannon received her BBA and MBA in Finance at Texas Christian University.
